HALI Market Parking

• Elaboration of a conceptual approach to parking delivery trucks for the market, with a revision of parking policy in part of the historical center of the city;
• Preliminary design of an open space parking facility (capacity 250 cars) for the market.

The Israeli entrepreneur ASHTROM Group Ltd. entered into an enterprise of renovating and rebuilding the HALI open space old market in the center of the city of Sofia, Bulgaria. While renovating the building the original building design and appearance were carefully preserved.

TEDEM carried out a conceptual and preliminary design of all operational parking topics related to the renovated facility. These included planning of a parking lot for 250 cars and a goods delivery truck parking facility. The final design was carried out by another consultant.
