TEDEM has planned and designed performed numerous large scale projects related to the development of new and the expansion of existing residential quarters. This included significant involvement in the process of preparing master plans and detailed outline plans, followed by conceptual, preliminary and detailed design of all transportation facilities in the project area (including major earthworks), which dictate the design and implementation of numerous components related to physical site development, including major infrastructure systems layout, such as: drainage, sewerage, water supply, illumination, power and communication lines, etc.
Similarly, TEDEM has been very active in designing the physical layout of complex large-scale industrial parks and industrial facilities. In this field, as in urban development projects, TEDEM has been instrumental in the process of preparing various statutory schemes, master plans and detailed outline plans. In the same way, TEDEM has specialized in the design (on conceptual, preliminary and detailed level) of all transportation facilities in the project area, including the addressing of issues related to maneuvering and unloading areas for heavy trucks, logistics installations, etc. |  |
