The Africa-Israel Group entered in the mid 1990s into an enterprise of constructing an ultramodern shopping center in the city of Prague, Czech Republic. The detailed design of diverse components of the project was carried out by various consulting companies hired directly by the entrepreneur Africa-Israel, including an underground parking facility with a 1,000 parking spaces capacity made by a local consultant. The entrepreneur considered the design of the parking facility as unsatisfactory, consequently seeking the services of TEDEM for revision and update.

TEDEM carried out a thorough revision of the previously completed final design of the parking lot, suggesting a new concept and providing subsequent preliminary design based on the suggested concept which was accepted by the client. The final design was carried out by another consultant.
