The MISGAV Regional Council is located in the Lower Galilee region, integrating several rural communities and settlements. The PELECH settlement is subject to a planned expansion in the near future.
The project deals with an integral planning and design of the overall roads system for the expansion (340 dwelling units) of the town of PELECH, including a new access road to the towns of PELECH and TUVAL.
Project approximate scope was as follows:
TEDEM has been chosen as the chief designer of the road and parking system of the entire settlement, starting from preliminary design of the site road system and plots excavation works, drainage and sewage topics, etc. |
